The Wisconsin Adventure Racing Series presents the Off Road Rage Adventure Race, a thrilling team-based event that offers 3 different courses to challenge racers of all skill levels. Whether you're an experienced adventure racer or new to the sport, you'll find plenty of excitement and fun in this event.
The 12-hour course is the ultimate challenge, with approximately 10 miles of trekking/running/crawling, 6 miles of paddling, and 45ish miles of biking, along with surprise challenges like gravel, asphalt, and singletrack sections. The 6-hour course is no less exciting, with approximately 15 miles of biking, 4 miles of trekking/running, 2 miles of paddling, and surprise challenges. Both courses require basic navigation skills, and the maps will be pre-plotted topographic maps.
For those looking for a more casual experience, there's the Haunted Hunt, a 1-2 hour course around town with various prizes and easy challenges along the way. This course is suitable for all ages and is stroller/wheelchair friendly. Maps can be picked up anytime between 9am and 5pm at the Warsaw Community building, and racers can register online or pay in cash on race day. All racers will receive fun prizes and a medal at the finish line.
The Off Road Rage Adventure Race is part of the Wisconsin Adventure Racing Series, featuring 11 different adventure races throughout the state with cash prizes totaling over $2,000. There's no fee to join the series, and the more races your team competes in, the better chance you'll have of taking home prizes. You can compete in either the coed or open division in teams of 2, 3, or 4, and see how your team ranks against others in the Midwest.
So come join us at Lapham Peak State Park in Delafield, WI, or within the Southern Kettle Moraine region, for a day of team-based fun and challenge that you won't forget. Plus, by participating in this event, you'll be helping to raise money for charitable organizations and supporting the parks we all love.
